Baby Elephant Ears was invented by Alicia Overby, a mom
who discovered that her baby was cranky and crying baby was actually
suffering from a strain that he experienced during birth and that was
being made worse by an infant's nature lack of strength in the neck.
To find relief, her baby would need to have his head, neck, and back aligned properly at all times.
At the time, no product
existed that would help accomplish that feat - so mom Alicia made one instead,
crafting her very own infant support pillow - now known as Baby Elephant Ears - called such because of its unique shape.
